I have lodged a complaint on the helpline asking someone to attend to my washing machine on 6th November vide complaint number C10B0619054 and today that is on 20th November i get an SMS saying, "The complaint is closed because the customer does not want the service" I have 2 LG A.Cs too a home. Will never ever buy an LG product. Ideally now after againg lodging this complaint, I should be given a free of cost service and the service dealer debited who was trying to act funny by sending me an SMS today. Shame.
