Lodha casa dawn
Asking for black money

Hi,

A project of lodha casa dawn just launched, is not approved. Still they booked the flats. And now they are asking for 360000 in cash as single parking amount.

if you ask or deny they will cancel your bookign and forfeit the booking amount which is 54000.

Please help. We are middleclass people who dream of taking a flat on loan. We do not have 360000 in cash to pay them as black money.

My booking amount is not returned.
