I have booked a flat in Lodha's Casa Bella Gold project in March. Till date no allotment letter has been issued, inspite of me making all demanded payments. I have been issued receipts for all payments made, but have not been issued a formal allotment letter.
I have been following up with the concerned contact person. I have till date written 2 letters and several emails. Each time I have been promised that someone will look into teh matter and revert back. However, nothing has been done. I am promptly contacted by persons from Lodha whenever any payment from my side is needed. But no response to solve my queries.
Please guide me on how to take this case forward.
