I booked a unit V 204 in Logix green project, sector 143, Noida in July. As booking amount, I issued three cheques (amount one lac, fifty thousand and one lac) of total two lac fifty thousand. Later I stopped these cheque due to land acquisition problem arise in noida extension area.
In Month of November, I got a call from builder Logix regarding booking confirmation of unit V 204 and receiving of one lac as booking amount. Then I told him that perhaps, I stopped issued cheque (s), so confirm it from your (Builder) side. After few days, I got call from logix again regarding payment of due amount (one lac fifty thousand).
After getting calls thrice, I visited logix office in sector 16, noida regarding unit V 204 in December. There I met executive Sarita / Monika. She gave me demand letter on dt. 24 dec and allotment letter on dt. 10 September after receiving payment of three lac.
Then I applied for home loan from Bank of Baroda. All documents were provided by Monika for Home loan. Home loan is sanctioned by the Bank on dt. 08/02. Then I send mail to logix for following documents;
1. Tripartite Agreement (on Uttar Pradesh Stamp Paper valve 100/-)
2. Undertaking (on Uttar Pradesh Stamp Paper valve 100/-)
3. Undertaking cum Indemnity (on Uttar Pradesh Stamp Paper valve 100/-)
4. Permission to Mortgage and noting of Bank’s heir
5. Flat Buyer agreement
Then I called to Monika and informed about mentioned above documents. She assured me that all documents will be ready by coming Saturday. I visited logix on Saturday and collected all documents and I gave cheque of amount one lac ninety thousand. For Flat buyer agreement, She gave me both copies of agreement for signature of owner and co-owner. I returned both copies of flat buyer agreement after signature on Sunday 12 February.
Then make several call and mail to concern person in logix office, She told me about cancellation of booking V204 over phone because they found that first one lac rupee has not been received by them. The first cheque was issued from my salaried account which has been closed due to change of company. First logix denied to give any written statement about cancellation. When I met senior authorities (Mr. R k Sharma and Mr Sachin), They told me about cancellation as they have not received initial payments. And also they told me that I will get cancellation confirmation within few days.
