We had entered into a agreement with Mahidhara Project for one of their Scheme in Thiruvallur. The failed to handover the possession till date. The had even given us a letter that they will handover on 10th March even that they failed. We release almost 80% loan amount as and when they asked over two and half year back and apart from that since they where delaying we went ahead to buy and give materials even which they delayed. Due to which we went into loss of interest to bank, our money got blocked on account of material, we made several calls on mobile to various person as they kept on changing the staff, we had to visit several time to their offic and site, I had to travel several time from abroad to Chennai, I had extend my leave on loss of pay for threee month from December to Mid March. Further forget of monetray we where torched mentally which caused physical problem.
Through this complaint we wish to charge that Mahidhara completed the project at their own cost and pay us a compensation of Rs. 10, 00, 000.00 (Rupees ten lacs).
Looking forward for an early redressal and compensation.
