The residents of J-122 (Gr. Floor, 1st Floor & 2nd Floor) have severally & jointly approached, represented & requested the O/o Deputy Commssioner, M.C.D, South Zone, Green Park, New Delhi & the O/o Executive Engineer, M.C.D, South Zone, Green Park, New Delhi to take a necessary & appropriate action, notify. instruct & direct Mr. Vikram Arora S/o Jai Pal Arora, & others R/o of the Basement situated at J-122, New Delhi – 110 017, to immediately stop the misuse of the said dwelling unit for residential purpose in accordance to the provisions of the building bye-laws of M.C.D governed by the Master Plan of Delhi under section & sub-section 14.12.1.2 which prohibits the use of a basement for residential purpose in any residential plotted colony under the jurisdiction of M.C.D.
We would also like to inform that our joint petition (s) dated 22/09 & reminder dated 13/10 addressed to the O/o Deputy Commissioner M.C.D, South Zone, Green Park, New Delhi against Mr. Vikram Arora & Others are also pending for necessary action for the strict compliance of the usage of the said dwelling unit as per the sanctioned lay-out-plan of the building approved by M.C.D
The said premises situated at the basement of J-122, New Delhi – 110 017 is approved & sanctioned by M.C.D only for domestic storage of goods & not for residential use / purpose vide building plan approved & documented at item No 158/93 dated 7/7/1993, & file no 117/B/52/93 dated 4/6/1993 of J-122, Saket, New Delhi – 110 017.
However an action from M.C.D is pending till date for the said violation
