I have purchased a flat in Merlin Regency, Kolkata from a very reputed builder, M/S Merlin Projects. Besides almost a 1 (one) year delay the builder in order to accomodate an Indian toilet in the floor above has routed the sewage line through our bathroom below. This forces him to lower the false ceiling even more to a very uncomfortable height.
He has done this without any prior approval from my side and I would like to file a complaint against him. I have send him several letters and reminder but to date no action for more than a month.
Please let me know what I can do and whether the builder is correct in doing so?
