Dear sir,
My self Prakash Prajapati, working in private pharma company.
sir i had done contract with above mentioned Builder Mr. Ajay singh babar regarding builting of my home.
i had purchase land from him and started construction by him only in Dec.
i had to shift to Banglore in Aug and due transfer of my job.i had paid money to him for completion of my home but upto till date he had not completed the construction.
In Feb i again visited Dewas and meet him and ask reason then again he asked for more money so i had paid him more money in May that time he had commetted to finish the construction with in month but till date he had not started the work.
its already 5 month over and i am taking follow-up from him and every time he was giving me new dates or new reasons for not starting the work.
please register my complaint and let me know what i should do?
