M R proview along with its brokers are conducting a great planned fraud. They are selling this project by calling it a pre-launch rate and has no permission from authorities. The Land is an agriculture land. Though they are selling it as commercial project; they are seeking permission for community center from the government.
Secondly, they are conducting fraud in price. Please visit (http://www.proview.co.in/gnb.html) and see the price list. On 30.05.2012 they are selling open car parking for 2 lacs and basement car parking for 3.5 lacs.
Through broker while booking they are offering a 25% to 33% discount on parking. But once your cheque is cashed in, they inform you that the rates are unacceptable to them and start negotiating the rates and force you to fill a new application form. Once you agree to it, they came back after few months and tell you that they will not sell open parking and force you to buy a Basement parking at very high rates.By that time they have taken 1/3rd of the money of the shop. If you agree to that, they ask you to pay full amount for parking. So net, you pay around 40% of the cost of shop; inspite of them not having any permission to built the building.
We are stuck with it and has been dealing with the greatest liar Mr Anshul (Head of Sales for this project). He will force you to buy other project of his company with a promise that he will solve everything. But he will not solve anything and you will keep on falling in the well. Beware of this company and the project it launches.
