Increasing rent after every six months which is illeagle

Sir,

im staying in a pg b133 malviya nagar hows owner is mr puri . they increased rent 3 to 4 times in a year .which is illegal acording to law and they dont even give rent slips so that no body can complaint against them . they even use abusive language .who so ever wants to complaint against them they through that person out from there pg. they did this two days before with a N.R.I girl from vietnam.they give dirty water to drink they never clean there water tank and r.o system.

i request u to take action against them .plz help us
