Kindly help me getting the attention of Maruti to solve my case. Even after repeated request nothing turned up. Copy of my last mail sent to them is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Even after giving the legal notice with 2 weeks time through my advocate nothing turned up. Please guide me how to deal further in this regard. I am planning to lodge a case against the company & its dealer as after sepending 5 lacs I am not in position to use the car without Registration certificate. Secondly Dealer M/s Karnal Motors sold me this model ZXI & on asking about this feature they assured to provide the adjustable steering which is the inbuilt feature of Swift ZXI later. Now even they are not bothered to listen & saying company have refused to provide the same. I am not able to understand How The company can cheat me by saling the model without features shown in catalogue through dealers & Cheating the clients.
Please look into the matter & advise me suitably.

It is a matter of great regret that inspite of so many reminders nothing turned up from your side. Even calling at your 18001800180 could not inform the current status of my complaint.he informed me the chandigarh office no for contacting them regarding my complaint.
Even after calling Your chandigarh Telephone no, He listen to the complaint & assured to call me back after taking up the matter with Karnal Motors. But one complete week has passed nothing is heard from them.
This is my last & final letter towards my compalint as I am forced now to start legal procceding in this regard by putting up my genuine complaint to consumer court with all the details, in case reply is not received from your end by 23.03.09.

Dear Sir, I had purchased swift ZXI bearing registration NO.: HR 26 AR 4249 TRUE VALUE from your dealer M/s Karnal Motors on 15/06/08 around eight months back. In spite of repeated request same is till date not transferred in my name & facing lot of problem due to non compliance of ownership registration. Even my bank is also pressuring to submit the copy of RC at the earliest to me, still I have no fault as this was agreed by your dealer to provide the transferred copy in 2 months time after getting the NOC from Maruti Udyog as the car was earlier owned by the company. Secondly I wish to draw your kind attention this ZXI model of SWIFT is not equipped with tilt (adjustable) steering which is the inbuilt feature of your ZXI..Your Dealer is giving verbal assurance every day from the date of purchase that they will change it after taking up with the company shortly. Is it possible for company like Maruti to supply ZXI Model of SWIFT without tilt (adjustable) steering, where we understand that all the procedures related to product quality & client satisfaction are taken care. I am very frustrated after this purchase. After spending this much amount, I am not in position to move freely as the required documents (RC) are not handed over to me till now. I could have many better options but I prefer to trust Maruti as usual as this is my third car, but all in vain. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your intervene with M/s Karnal Motors, Karnal I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until one more week before seeking help from a consumer protection agency.
