Not getting Necessary Documents from my Land Developers, ABS Land

We purchased a plot in the "Cozy Nook Project" at Rajarhat, Kolkata developed by ABS Land Developer. We have paid approx 50% as down payment and rest in 48 months EMI. I have paid 12 EMIs.

Later we consulted a lawyer he told me to demand following documents:

1. Zerox copy of original deed copy

2. Master Plan

3. Agricultural deed

Initially I asked my broker for those documents. They were unable to provide us the documents. Then I consulted developer directly. Every time I call they say that they will give us the documents next week. I am trying to get these documents from last 5-6 months. Till now all my efforts were futile.

I request proper suggestions from Consumer Protection Act.

Also I will request other customers of "Cozy Nook Plot" to email me. Together we, consumers will have greater power.
