Ms.Meera Dixit A Cruel Lady
Land Lady is not refunding our deposits of one month rent in advance that is Rs.5500 and advance for electricity charges Rs.1500

Dear Sir,

We have experienced a misconduct, like such through our Land Lady Ms. Meera Dixit in HD-179, Sector-I, Jankipuram, Lucknow, (mob. no. 9532890882) the property she rented us.

She asked for the deposit of Rs.5, 500/- as 1 month rent in advance and Rs.1500/- as electricity advance, in total Rs. 7, 000/-

And she also made a complete agreement of 11 months.

Then all of a sudden, she asked to vacate the property in the month of 18th jan we made request that as per contract kindly allow us the adequate time and we will vacate the property.

On 18th Feb when we vacated the property, she refused to refund the deposit made by us Rs.7, 000/-

And threatened us that her son Major Ujjawal Dixit R.A.K.S.F. 2, (mob no.09596055939, 09469694670) is a Major in Military so she can make a full use of it and if we again asked for it, her son will ruin our life.

We want your guidance and support on the above mentioned misconduct.

We are an average middle class family who earn their money by shedding sweat.
