Private land getting developed under SRA

It is now more than year now that our house has been demolished (on June 05) on the order from the Dy. Collector. We were not vacating the place on the ground that the house where we were staying is a private land and we had paid rent to the landlord till March We had filed with RTI and we had got a reply from RTI that CTS No. 708, 729 (pt.), 732 & 732 1 to5 is not yet approved under SRA. We had written to the Dy. Collector with enough supportings to prove that this land is a private land and even submitted the reply of RTI filing which states that this land is a Private Land and not approved under SRA.
We were forced to vacate from our house where we have been staying since last 44 years (My family consisting of 9 members – including 3 senior citizens & 2 children’s). The demolition squad entered our house from the front & back door as if we had committed any crime and they took all our belongings and loaded into a truck without our permission. Our house was demolished with the help of a Bulldozer and our belonging were loaded into 2 (two) trucks and was dumped into a small house provided by the builder which could not even accommodate half of our belongings and they dumped the rest into another room which was provided to another tenant whose room was also demolished.
We have still not got any documents in writing neither from the Dy. Collector, the Builder or the Landord on this cruel act of demolition. We had visited the Builder’s office many a time and even written to the Dy. Collector. We have still not received any documents or any agreements signed from the builder till today. We need your help in getting this issue resolved.
