We are residing in Chawl System at malad (west) from last 30 years, We are having 5 no. of tenments. He gave us the gala (Shop at ground floor of A Wing.) to leave till full constuction & formalities were not comlited. Now a builder has build a one bhilding with two wings (A & B) A wing is for selling Perpouse and B wing Construct under SRA Scheme 33 (14) D at our palce. He is completed constraction of building last two years. Builder promisse to give us the flat in that building of B wing. now building is redy he sold all the flatsof A wing which he build for sale purpose and he is given us possession for our Permenent accomodation but he has not give any legel document of this premises and he told us that he will give us only notarized agreement and will not registered this agrggment.
Now we are having both the passession (Our Permenent Falt and Shop of which he give us for temporary Shifting) and he has not made any annexture of tenent so with out anexture how can he built a building in private property.
