I have purchased a flat in DWARKA scheme of Naiknaware Builders which is situated on Chakann Talegaon Road. I have booked the flat on Dec and at that time it was told that I will get the possession in June..In June when i asked for the possession, they told me I will get the possession in Nov. Then again they told me I will get possession in Dec.. and now they are telling me I will get the possession in April..I have paid the interest of 48000 Rs till today as they have taken the 175000 of loan in May and not done anything for construction..When I go to their office, they dont give good answers and always delaying the date of possession..I would request you to help me on this and tell public not to buy flat in Naiknaware scheme in future...
