Neetishree Builder launched appartment scheme in Greater Noida under Alstonia Appartment scheme and started collected installments. The allocation of appartment was promised in 2008 but till date appartments are not completed and no much progress is happening although structure is ready. When ever we talk to him, he always says it is going to be ready and ask us to make final payment which is supposed to be at the time possession of appartment.
