Don't ever deal with Concorde Group. Period. For a slightly longer version, read on.
They are extremely sweet when luring you - but once in, there is no escape... from the insane delays, the excuses (lies?), the ridiculously unprofessional behavior... and thankfully we haven't had to experience their "quality" of work!!! The project we had booked in is the Concorde Manhattan project.
We have even taken them to consumer court to get back our money (there was no flat they had to give us!!). Sure we won - that was a given - just that it took 1.5 years. And yet, even if we do get our money back (they haven't even honored the verdict and we need to fight some more), the loss is still ours.
The only advice we have for others is ***keep away in the first place***. Of course, you could look at the positive side - by the end of your suffering, you have learnt important lessons in life - patience (lots of it), a "look before you leap" sensor in your head & most importantly, the ability to take the ups and downs of life in your stride (downs Concorde will provide, you need to arrange for the ups).
