I had booked an appartment in Shivkala Glamour, Sector-49, Faridabad (Haryana) vide receipt no. 195 dated 27-Jan and paid booking amount Rs. 5, 00, 000/- in favour of Advantage Engineers & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Shivkala Group). Subsequently I had paid Rs. 1, 00, 000/- on 24-Jul vide receipt No. 741 to Advantage Engineers & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Shivkala Group) as part payment towards cost of flat. Till date no work has been done at site nor any allotment of appartments no. concluded and the company is not refunding my Rs. 6, 00, 000/-.
