NON REGISTRATION OF PLOT

I had booked a plot in OMAXE II Indore in May. However, even after two years the company has not got the plot registered on my name.

Rather, they have not developed the township. There is no power, no drainage and no water supply system

Kindly help as I had purchased the plot on DOWN PAYMENT.
