Ashok kumar Karan working in Army. I had Paid Rs.12, 500 as a advance amount. Through Broker an made an agreement for 11months. I had occupied Ashok kumar karan house on 01.01.2010 and i had given one month notice.owner told he will settle amount immediately after New tenant occupies. I vacated on 29.08.2010.And waited upto 26.09.2010.
Intially they told don`t worry you will get 2 month advance fully back. Then they have lost 25 days for getting new tenant. They are losing 1 month Rent in this case. So they do not want to be in loss. So cleverly planned to cut that rent amount from my Advance amount. I asked the break up. They do drama like you havn`t pay rent, motor problem and say i don`t want to be loss.
Finally they cut one month full rent as per their plan.
Let you can suggest the solution for this. What kind of action i can take against them?
