I am lodging a complain against Mr. Shanmugham the owner of Om Sai Guest care operating hostels around Adyar/Thiruvanmiyur area, especially at 3rd west street Kamaraj nagar (appu colony) area.
To start with none of his hostels have any of the facilities he has mentioned on sulekha website. He charges more than mentioned. The food providedis very less in quantity and of very bad quality; and girls who come late from office often get nothing to ate. There is no cooking facility. No tea coffee arrangements, No TV or cable or fridge. He takes money from girls saying he would arrange gas, or cupboards, but once he gets the money he never gets any of the items promised. The heights of his cheapness came when he gave me a signed cheque for the amount he owed me. The cheque bounced and he is not answering my phone calls after that.
He has also not paid the rental for the houses he has rented and lodges false police complaints against the landlords
Please stop his hostel chain for he is a Fraud and the Sulekha website gives him a chance to get new victims. Please take formal action if possible agaist this fraud.
