The OC builder has constructed cafe'-cum-club for which they are asking Rs. 9000/- annually from every resident. Its being made MANDATORY by them. Their dictatorship suggests tomorrow if they build a PVR cinema, they might ask for 25 Lakh Rs. each annually by making it as well mandatory. They are like mad and senseless builders. They claimed to be one of the most prestigious builders. But only OCians know what kind of flats they have given us in the name of so-called fully-furnished flats. Most of the flats are hell of seepage apart from series of faults like cheap building material to electricity fluctuation. Although it feels, 99% of builders/developers/investors fall under the same grade. They are born cheaters.
