I had purchased a flat at Agarwal Peace Heaven, Kaul’s Heritage City, Bhabhola Naka, Vasai – West, from Agarwal Builders - Andheri (City Life Developers) Agarwal Golden Chamber, Fun Republic Road, Plot No.13/A, Behind Balaji Telefilms, Off. New Link Road, Andheri (west), Te. No.022-61480000 in the month of June' 2008. All the payments were made to the Builders for flat along with the maintaninence charges, Municipal water connection charges, Meter connection chares etc.
Almost 2 years have been gone but still our wing has not got municipal water connection & even we are not getting Municipal water. The builder is supplying tanker water to us for last two years. The quality of water is very much poor, but we don’t have any alternative option, and we have to use that. We have made the payment in advance for Municipal water connection to builders almost two years back, but still the builders is saying the work is in process. Even till today the society is not handed over to us. Because of this poor quality of water, many times my family members & children got infected and i have to hospitalize them.
Even the construction quality of the builder is very much poor, I have a leakage problem to the walls in my flat. I am following them for last two years to repair the leakage problem; we are getting reply from builder person that we are not able to find from where the leakage is coming.By forcing them for last two years thay have done only paint touch up to my flat walls and nothing has been done to stop the leakage.
At the time of purchasing the Flat the sales person of builder has calculated the flat area by taking 955 Sq.f.t @ 2601/- per sq.f.t and we had paid the stamp duty & advance payment by considering 955 sq.f.t area of our flat. But at the time of signing the agreement the area of the flat was only 630 mention in the agreement, and when we ask that the calculation was done by considering 955 area and the flat area should be 955 Sq.ft, then we got the reply from builder that 955 area is super build up area and we can’t mention super build up area in agreement. And when I told that i don’t want to buy the flat, you peoples are cheating us, builder person told us you will not get your advance back and even you will not get your stamp duty back.By force we have to get signed the documents.
I am mentally got torture from the builder and mentally harassed from the builders.
