Please note the below before dealing with ORISSA HOMES PVT LTD its directors, management, sales people and even peon.
Two years back they came up with sale of plot on EMI basis but now they are coming up with so many reason and asking investors to discontinue the emi and go for their own constructed flat. And if you want to ta eback the amount they are dedcuting apprx 100000 rupees from the given emi.
This is totaly a thug/fraud and cheated a company (orissa homes pvt ltd)
Their directors are simple irresponsible, they dont revert to your mails/dont pick up the salls specifically the idiot loknath patra and director J j naik.
Think once again if you are going to invest or buy flat/plot from orissa homes.
Please do not do the miskae in your life, i did it and repending a lot.
