I HAD BOOKED A FLAT IN BENGAL DCL'S UTTARA (TRITIYA) AND WAS ALOTTED THE SAME ON FEBRUARY. SINCE THEN ALL MAINTENANCE & SECURITY WERE LOOKED AFTER BY BENGAL DCL IN LIEU A MONTHLY CHARGE IN ADDITION TO THE MAINTENANCE CORPUS WHICH WAS COLLECTED BY THEM DURING ALOTTMENT. DURING NOVEMBER FLOOR TILES OF THE DRAWING ROOM STARTED COMING OUT AS WELL AS BREAKING. THIS WAS INFORMED TO BENGAL DCL AND THEY INSPECTED AND ASSURED ABOUT TAKING ACTION. SUBSEQUENT FOLLOW UP DID NOT YIELD ANY RESULT AND THEY CAME UP WITH ONE EXCUSE OR THE OTHER. INITIALLY THEY TOLD DIFFICULTY ABOUT MATCHING TILES BUT PRESENTLY THEY ARE REFUSING TO OWN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DAMAGE AND GETTING IT RECTIFIED.
