I payed the full amount for booking of a two bedroom flat in apple county shimla. Marketed to me by Mega marketing, Rajendra place new delhi.

they had promised delivery in 2011.Now I have come to know the project is scraped. I have contacted them for refunding my money. But they keep telling to come after 3 months.
