Refilling not booked

Dear sir/madam,

the refilling of LPG gas for consumer no 39329having election RR no W2EH23810 is not possible in automated services...

when we call they say the cylinder is booked but later we recieve the message stating the booking is been cancelled... please tel us what to be done... and whom to contact with regard to this issue as soon as possible...
