I have invested Rs 1, 50, 000 for the land at Aipro county and i was promised the the land would be able to register within 3 months. I had received a sales deep at that point of time. It has been almost 3 years and there is a trouble in acquiring the land. I have asked for the refund and they are not processing the same.
