I had booked a flat in the Parsvnath Pleasant -Dharuhera in 2006 and even in 2010 they have not started the construction of the flats. I have written to them for a refund of my deposits but, they refused to give refund of the same. Please let me know your contact information to join hands to get refund from them.
I requested the company many times to either give me a confirm date by which the ready to move in flat will be handed over to us or refund our entire money with 24% interest because the company is using the money since more than 2 years without giving me anything except the pictures of the flat booked by me and I really mean it that I needed a flat not pictures nor promises.
