Non Payment of Registratiom amount

I had booked a Aprtment in Parsvnath Prominence, Bhiwadi Rajasthan-PDL/Prominence/10008 dated 30/09/08 in 2008 devolpers cancelled the contruction and I am doing follow-ups, visited their office 8 to 10 times in last 18 months for refund, after 3 years till date company has not refunded my registration amount 3 lac 50 thousand rupees, I request the cocern authorities kindly refund my amount.
