Illegal paying guest

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that this P.G in Noida (full address- house number 2, block B sector 15) is illegal.

i had paid them a security amount of rs 5500 along with the rent and they haven't given me the security balance amount yet.i did not even get a receipt for the amount i gave them. i have been visiting their pg regularly and making calls but of no use.please see into this matter and bring this to the notice of concerned authorities. it would really help me and a lot of other people living there,
