Mr. Piyush Khandubhai Patel who is an on roll employee of Narmada Nigam, Padara office located in Vadodara District, keeping private contracts of house extension or construction and using mal trade practise as he is not able to devote time or able to invest money being Nigam's employee.
Complaints are as under
1) As per the contract's terms & conditions accused was bound to do qualitative construction work of my house extension but he left the work without completion and without intimation though payment made to him was above the contrectual amount.
2) He has used poor quality material and thus broken commitments made in the contract for using the standard qualitative material.
3) His own supervision during the construction work was going on was almost nil as he is an on roll employee of Narmada Nigam.
4) Contract was made for Rs.451000/- but he collected more than a 470000/- by stopping the work and demanding more money.
5) Contract was made with material but he always asking to provide material stating that he has no money to invest as such this leading to my aged father met an accident twice photos of which available with me.
6) in the recent rainy season i observed cracks in slab & walls with water leakage which shows his mal trade practise.
7) uncompleted construction work when started after two months with some other labour he threaten the labours in our premises and obliged them to leave the site.
