Dear Sir, I have bought a flat Feb (D block No 806) with India builders corporation, project name platinumcity on HMT main road yeswanthpur bangalore 560022, & paid Rs 2 lacs towards Car parking, its more then 5 yrs now he has not alloted me a car parking, and enjoy my 2lacs interest free, I request the builder to pay me my money back with Interest for 5Yrs
