Amount debited without dispensing of money

Dear sir/madam,

i withdrew some cash from the pnb atm on 14 may, however the money debited was not the same as dispensed from the atm. firstly i withdrew rs.15, 000 from my acc., then i made a transaction of rs.10, 000,

which were not dispensed. then again i withdrew rs. 10.000, however the balance slip showed that previous 10, 000 was also debited from my account. so in all, i withdrew 25, 000 rs but the balance of 35, 000 was deducted from my account.till today i have not received my balance amt back.
