Builder is Selling Parking Area

Dear Sir,

We are the Residents of Plot No 173 Shakti Khand -2 Indiarapuram, in our building Builder has developed Rooms in the Parking space and now wish to sell those to some other person, wherein the space is allowted for Parking only and illegally he is trying to sell the space.

Please note, we have already requested Builder to remove Rooms from the parking space as already Alloted parking space is insufficient, but he is not ready to listen our request and wish to sell the rooms,

if Builder remove those rooms from Parking, all resident can park their Cars easily.

Hence, please look into the matter and take necessary steps immediately.
