I have booked a home in Unitech Unihomes sector-117 noida, U.P. According to them when i will give 35% amount to unitech they will give back me about 2.5% of booking amount. The broker name was MUKUL. Now whenever i talked to him, he is refusing to give me the money. i have already pay 40% amount to unitech by feb'11. please help me in this regard.
