I booked an apartment in Ramprastha Edge Towers Gurgaon through Allcheckdeals broker. As per the agreement, 4% of BSP has to be given back to us by Allcheck deals, once we do around 40% payment to builder. The same has already been done by us. However Allcheckdeals have not given back the discounted money. We have been following them since last 5 months, but they have different reasons. Other people who have booked through other brokers have received their cash back. However we have not.
I am extremely unhappy with the Allchekdeals. Plus my huge amonut of around 70, 000 INR is with them for such a long time.
Please look into the matter, is this site actually works.
