Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Flat in the year 1999 & since then I am residing there. I possess the Agreement Letter, Bank Loan Paper and Promotor's possession letter for the flat. The promotor till date inspite of promises has not registered the flat in my name under lot of pretexts and for the reason I am facing the following difficulties :
1) I am not the oficial owner of the flat till the flat is registed in my name.
2) The purchase value of the flat has now been increased three times hence while registering the flat I have to pay a handsome amount considering today value of per sq ft.
3) The flat was handed over incomplete under promise of doing them continually in due course of staying but so far nothing hence swearage problem.
4) Mutition cannot be done and hence Corporation tax cannot be paid which has piled up to a great amount.
5) I took loan for the rate of interest at 13.5% and now it has been reduced to 8% but I cannot avail the reduced rate until the flat is registered in my name.
I am now running the age of 53 and not keeping very well and working in a private organisation. You will appreciate if the above goes on how will be able to manage the matter.
I would fervently request you to kindly assist me in registering the flat in my name at the earliest for act of which I shall remain grateful to you throughout rest of my life.
