This is the complaint lodged by registered owners association of FEDERAL FORT - Palakkad regarding cheating by builder AMBAS PROPERTY.
Suppressing the original MOU & agreements between the FEDERAL FORT RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION & builders in developing a housing complex at Palakkad in 72 cents of land, the builder has unilaterally altered the plans, increased the number of flats, constructed commercial area and sold the same to other parties without the consent / concurrence of coowners & owners association for a high value in absence. This amounts to cheating the registered co owners and altering the share of UDS land / property perimeter. He has still not handed over the flats to owners, evenafter collecting the full money (with statutory clearances and functional common amenities). He is threatening to abandon the project and challenging the owners association. Pls be aware of such misdeeds and be alert of black sheeps. We need your advise/ mediation for getting our apartments as soon as possible with all govt clearances and functional common amenities. Your legal help for getting back our agreed UDS land / area is sought.
