Cheating by property deale

I agreed to sell a flat to these three people who are running a property dealer shop in mayur vihar ph-3 pkt d-1. out of these naresh signed deal with me and in between all the three person sold my flat to some other person and asked me to do registry in favour of the person who was there to purchase the flat .. i did the same... and now these group of cheater have filed a case against me that i have delibrately not sold the flat to naresh and instead to some body else and now demanding all the money back... pls help
