Non payment of Full Month's Leased House Rent for August

Dear Sir,

I had given my house C-45/13, MIG, Rishinagar Extn., Ujjain on rent under an Lease Agreement with the U.Co. Bank to the Chief Manager (Mr. Farkiya), U.Co. Bank, Tilak Road (Nai Sarak), Ujjain for Rs.4, 500/- p.m. As per the agreement, both the parties having rights to get vacat the house by serving one month's notice. I had given a notice to vacat the house on 23rd June i.e. before one month and a week's time to vacat on or upto 31st July. But the official vacated the house on 8th August and due to his late vacation of the house, I was bound to pay full month's rent for the month of August where my family was residing. I had lodged a claim for full month's rent for August. But U.Co. Bank had issued a draft for Rs.1016/- only i.e. rent for 7 days only.

Please take the matter with U.Co. Bank, Ujjain and try to get me justice. I had also endorsed a copy of the matter to Z.O.U.Co. Bank, Saket Nagar, Indore but no response yet.
