Default in Service Committments Ansal API

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a Flat (R-85 A) at Sushant City, Jaipur in Feb for which the possession has not been handed over till now. I have complained to the builder many times but they have not responded. Even the chairman s office is not responding to customer s complains despite several calls and emails.

I was promised that possession will be handed over to me within 24 months at maximum. I want to be compensated suitably for the financials loss acurred to me because of builder s default in meeting his committment of timely possession to my flat.

I am being harrassed mentally as I have paid the full amt at the begining itself...

Hope my complain will be resolved promptly to my satisfaction.
