Dear Sir,
I had done a booking for Ansals new project FERNHILL in sector 91, Gurgaon.
The amount was paid thru RTGS to the builder. Got a confirmation from the fficial and confirmation of booking.
Nearly after 15 days the booking was cancelled, without stating the reasons. The amount was refunded back to my account later.
My complaint is
1. Why booking was cancelled after the payment was made and confirmation received from the official.
2. Builder is now selling flats with increased amount and i have incurred opportunity loss, no compensation has been given to me.
3. The funds were returned without any interest.
request to pl. look into this.
