I have purchased a house No. AC-190, Ansal's East End, Tronica City, Loni, Ghaziabad from Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd, New Delhi. While taking over the possession, I pointed out many shortcomings in the house. The Estate Manager assured that all the shortcomings in the house will be carried out.
After many verbal requests to Estate Manager my grievances were not redressed. Then I sent e-mails to the company. Consequently, I was asked by the estate manager to vacate the house for one month so that remaining work could be carried out. I vacated the house for one month and lived on a very small rented house in the vicinity.
After having given the house for complete one month to the company, still a lot of work has been left unattended. The list is as follows :-
(a) Plaster (Madrasi Dana) of front side which is in a very bad state has not been redone. (b) Door bell - which is foremost thing in a house has not been wired! (c) One electric switch has been provided for two bulbs. (d) One bulb constantly burn because it does not have any on-off switch! (e) In staircase underground wiring has not been done. (f) In bathrooms and kitchen damaged tiles are used which have not been replaced. (g) Rainwater comes into bedroom. (h) While bathing, water comes into rooms since down has not been given in the bathrooms and so in kitchen as well. (i) Instead of two sets of keys, only one set was given.
