Ansals Api Panipat
Increase of Land Area and Build Up Area

Hi Sir,

This is a request if you can do something regarding this, it will be of great help for me because it is getting very difficult for me to manage.

I had taken a Villa from Ansals Api Panipat. But the problem comes when i was expecting the last installment from Ansals. In the last installment they said they have increased the area of Villa so you have to pay approx 3 lakhs extra. I somehow paid that. I took from that money on interest.

But now when we thought of registration of Villa, Ansals Panipat staff is saying that in couple of days you will get one more letter and you have to pay some more money because the build up area is also increased.

I cant understand why this is happening. Any one can see and tell that Ansals Panipat is making fool of the customers.

Please look into this and help me out. My Villa number is F2742F.
