I have a typpical requirement of fixtures for my new floor 1. Better ambience.
2. Minimum monitoring with professional installation.
3. Reduce street noise (Very important).
4. Cost
After lot of research and feild visits to multiple real estate sites with above requirement, i short list few vendors who fits the bill.
Namely, Fenista & Aparna Venster and after detailed discussion and deliberation interms of product profile and cost, shortlisted Aparna Venster for my project.
The representatives were patient and detailed orientated to explain me the benifits and drawbacks on the solutions and products.
I was satified for it meets my point 1-4 above and placed the order with clear indication of 4 weeks delivery time line.
I was happy to note, there production house was ready with delivery in 2 weeks and had to request them to delay by agreed 2 more weeks for other works to complete before the installation as per my schedule.
Delivery was made and the installation crew arrived. Trouble started...
1. Initally they outsourced the installation and commissioning work, who was demanding extra charge for chipping the motor to accomidate the window/doors units.
I declined the proposal, saying there were no modification after the final measurement courntersigned after the engineer’s feild visit.
2. Company deputed there installation employees. The 3 hours job to fix 7 units took 4 days for various reasons beyond my understanding.
3. I ordered a sliding door with lock and key, which the sales person after numerous called confirmed can be manufractured and installated. But when the unit was installed and brought to attention of the engineer who agrogant and asked to contact the salesforce.
After multiple attempts to reach the sales team who doesn’t respond to my calls failed to install or update me the situation.
The product is good, unprofessional after sales will surely hit there business.
