BIG TV RECHARGE PROBLEM

I am poor customer of BIG TV having account number 2007780785475

and recharged my account by Rs 1900/- in my account number but i could not able to see any channel from last 15days. BIG TV customer care not paying any attention to attend the problem because every time you are talking with new person and problem is not getting solved.

CAN WE GO TO GRAHAK MUNCH?

WHAT A POOR SERVICE AND AFTER SEEING SUCH HUDGE COMPLAINTS I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT BIG TV IS A BIG CHEATER COMPANY
