Non deliver of ticket

Hi

I have book a ticket for ipl on 22/2/10 for 22nd march thru net and got the mesg that your ticket will be deliverd in a week time since last three days i am getting sms on my mobile number that your ticket will be deliver today but the ticket is never received and i have send many mails but there is no response from there side
