Amt deducted fron a/c not yet added

I hv booked patiala house, 3 tickets on 9 feb but due to technical problem transaction failed but amt deducted from my a/c, i called help line they said mail us with screenshot of ur a/c.

i did that but still waiting to receive my money back . plz take necessary action in this regard
